Dates of Delivery

• Monday 14th April to Friday 18th April
• Monday 21st April to Friday 25th April

Easter Offer: each child can pick up to 1 holiday club or 4 pick ‘n’ mix sessions or a Family activity over the period: 14th April 2025 – 25th April 2025

The HAF Portal goes live on 11th March 2025 – activities can be booked via the portal.

We have a range of activities including bowling, Horse riding, football, crafts, swimming, dancing, SEND activities and much more.

Please see the attached step by step guide to register for Holiday Activity Programme, please ensure all families are registered intime for winter to avoid disappointment to book a place.

The criteria:

• All children on income based Free school meals.
• Young carers
• CP,CIN or Early Help
• EHCP

The offer:

Each child can pick up to 4 activities including a food box, we have a range of activities including

bowling, football, crafts, swimming, dancing, SEND activities and much more 

To register your child onto the Walsall HAF Programme, you must first have an individual HAF code (one for each child). 

You need a code? 

You only need one code to access all the programmes, and you will only need to register once for each child. We send over 17k letters to all children that are on free school meals with a unique code and information on how to register, to each child that is eligible. 

If you have not received a letter (this can happen if our information is not up to date, or circumstances have changed), you can always contact the HAF team via email:WR4C@walsall.gov.uk. If the child is eligible or you are unsure and the HAF team will then create and email the unique code.
