Coronavirus COVID-19 Guidance
If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough and a high temperature, you are advised to stay at home for 7 days.
Do not book a GP appointment or attend your GP practice. If you live with other people, they should also stay at home for at least 14 days, to avoid spreading the infection outside the home.
If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do.
Only call 111 direct if you are advised to do so by the online service or cannot go online.
For the latest COVID-19 advice please visit www.nhs.uk/coronavirus.
If you have COVID 19 symptoms with other health issues or are calling about non COVID issues please hold to speak with a member of practice staff.
COVID-19 information for parents
When your child is ill or injured it is very difficult to decide if/when to call your child’s GP, NHS 111 or go the Accident and Emergency Department (A&E). During the current situation and while the government is asking everyone to stay at home, it can be confusing to know what to do. Click here for guidance (.pdf, 542KB)

Due to COVID-19, To minimise potential contact we are suggesting using a telephone triage appointment system where possible.

NHS Volunteer Responders has been set up to support the NHS during the COVID-19 outbreak. To do this we need an 'army' of volunteers who can support the 1.5m people in England who are at most risk from the virus to stay well.
